Our breath is our best friend when it comes to a happy and healthy life as it's directly connected to our feelings, thoughts and emotions so when we breathe properly everything in life just flows better.
Breathwork is an evidence based practice using controlled diaphragmatic breathing exercises which activates the parasympathetic nervous system aka our rest and digest. These breathing techniques improve physical health, mental health, performance and well-being.
Breathwork is a tool that’s within us every day yet so many people don’t know about it or how to utilize it. The best part is that anyone can do it, all you need is your body and your breath.
Well Warriors Business Breathwork sessions promote wellbeing, happiness, creativity, calmness and building better relationships with oneself and others. In turn this creates a happier, less stressed and more productive environment for all involved. It’s also a great activity to bring the team together.
In these sessions Coach Dane will teach your team how to breathe correctly, how to connect back in with yourself, how to get out of the mind and back into the heart whilst providing a space to take a break from the stresses of everyday life. Along with breathwork techniques all sessions also incorporate mindfulness and meditation.
Your team will leave feeling relaxed, calm, centered and inspired and will also receive valuable information and tools to take away and apply to their everyday life.
Interestingly: the US Navy Seals have used Breathwork techniques since 1987 to keep them calm before going out to battle which goes to show just how powerful this tool really is.
Well Warrior offers Business Breathwork sessions all year round. This service is also available for retreats, workshops, gyms, offices, white-collar & blue-collar industries and any other community events.
No equipment or set up required, all participants have to do is find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and allow Coach Dane to guide them through the session.
