Yoga mat/ towel
Blanket
Water bottle or drink
Dress to suit weather conditions
Do not eat anything too heavy 90 mins before the session

Sessions run for approximately 45 - 60 minutes.

When you arrive please park in the car park in between the two playgrounds. Follow the path down to the beach and you will see me there.

Please arrive 5-10 mins early to allow for parking and setting yourself up.
